I do hereby absolve CAMP RONDO, its facilities, counselors, coaches and affiliates for any hurt, harm or injury that may be incurred during the voluntary participation of CAMP RONDO. I also understand that during that during voluntary participation in the CAMP RONDO drills, games and instructional lessons, the well-being of my child is at the utmost of concern. I also understand that with any physical activity, injury is always a possibility. In case of injury, I give full permission to the CAMP RONDO supervisors to take the appropriate steps, and to also contact EMS, if emergency medical attention is needed.
